  • A hospitality/tourism degree, OR at least 2 years experience within a leadership role
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new surroundings
  • An aptitude for learning
  • The ability to take initiative and drive your learning outcomes
  • A passion to lead and inspire others
  • The ability to move interstate during the program
  • Evidence of Australian/New Zealand Citizenship/Residency
